Domain Name Complaints Procedure

In order to submit a complaint in regard to our service or a problem when registering, renewing or transferring a domain name with Hosting Yorkshire, please email support@yorkshire.hosting stating the details of your complaint. We will review your issue and get back to you within 5 working days with a suggested course of action or full refund. Hosting Yorkshire cannot accept any responsibility for user error when managing domain names including spelling mistakes in domains when registering, however if there is an issue you feel Hosting Yorkshire are responsible we are happy to accept formal complaints for review.
